Order your operations.
Clarify your numbers.
Strategize your growth.

We help build durable systems to grow your business into your vision.

Architectural Curved Design

Three disciplines.
One integrated engagement.

Most engagements draw from all three areas. The work is scoped to what your business actually needs — not a pre-packaged program.

( 01 )

Operational Infrastructure

Systems that run without you in the room.

Inventory and sales systems, intake and fulfillment workflows, integrations between sales channels, and written procedures built for clarity and continuity. I select tools sized to your business and budget — and document everything so the system belongs to you.

( 02 )

Financial Clarity

Numbers you can trust. Decisions you can defend.

Cash flow structure, account organization across entities, and the bookkeeping foundation that makes your numbers dependable. Where decisions touch tax or legal questions, I prepare the analysis and coordinate with your advisors so every layer of the business stays aligned.

( 03 )

Growth Strategy

Phased plans. Clear frameworks. Honest trade-offs.

Phased working plans, decision frameworks for the big choices — which venture to develop next, how to sequence investments, how to structure for what's coming — and honest analysis of the trade-offs. Delivered as clear documents and presentations you keep and use.

Advisory at organizational scale.

We provide strategic guidance for large-scale operational transformation and enterprise ERP implementation, ensuring your organization navigates change with precision and authority.

ERP Program Advisory

Selection, design, and implementation leadership

Enterprise Planning

Budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes

Change Management

Adoption frameworks and stakeholder alignment

The engagement structure.

01

Discovery Call

A focused 30-minute conversation to understand your business, your current challenges, and where you want to go. No prep required on your end.

02

Scoping & Proposal

I define the engagement clearly — what we'll do, in what order, and what you'll have at the end. Scope is written, not verbal.

03

Structured Engagement

We work through the agreed scope in defined phases. You see progress, get clear deliverables, and we adjust as the picture sharpens.

04

Handoff & Continuity

Every engagement closes with documentation you own. Systems, procedures, frameworks — written for the people who will use them, not just for the record.

Common questions.

Who do you typically work with?

Business owners navigating growth, complexity, or a specific operational or financial challenge. Most clients are running established businesses — not early-stage startups — and need a structured approach, not just advice.

Do engagements cover all three service areas?

Often, yes — operational, financial, and strategic questions are connected. The engagement is scoped to what your business actually needs, which frequently draws from all three areas in combination.

How long does a typical engagement last?

Engagements vary. Some are project-based with a defined endpoint; others involve ongoing advisory work. Scope and timeline are defined before we begin.

What do I actually receive at the end?

Documents, systems, and frameworks you keep. Written procedures, financial models, strategic plans, vendor documentation — tangible outputs, not just recommendations.

Do you work with my existing advisors (accountant, attorney)?

Yes. Where work touches legal or tax territory, I prepare the analysis and coordinate with your existing advisors so all layers of the business stay aligned.

What does the discovery call cover?

Your business, your current situation, and what you're trying to solve. It's a conversation — not a sales call. If there's a fit, I'll outline what an engagement might look like.

Brandon Ford

Founder  | Vireon Consulting

I founded Vireon Consulting to help business owners strengthen operations, gain financial clarity, and grow with intent.

Before founding the firm, I spent more than ten years at Naval Supply Systems Command, where I led ERP implementation and supply chain programs, managed a program portfolio exceeding $100 million, and contributed to a 58 percent reduction in backorders. That experience shaped my approach to organizational change: new systems take hold when processes are adopted rather than installed, and sound structure multiplies the effort of the people doing the work.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, in defined phases, with every recommendation documented. The firm takes its name from the Latin vireo, to flourish. The aim of the work is a business whose structure matches its vision.

I hold an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and am completing a doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business, where my research examines how people and analytical systems make decisions together.
